a real-time tool to verify the availability of the service of a defined Solution in a concrete geographical location, to anticipate or not a potential sale.
to monitor the performance of a particular set of devices, anticipating malfunctions or failures, and especially evaluating in the on-boarding period, when a device should be installed and until it becomes stable.
Pine Grove is setting up a technical Help Desk to support customers that could have problems to initiate the solution, especially those that are subject to heavy indoor conditions. Mainly for B2B and B2C customers .
